ABOUT RHYS
Health and fitness has been a passion that I have had since my early teens. I dedicated myself to make physical improvements, initially to my own sports performance. As part of this journey I began to learn about training and nutrition.
I went on to gain a BSc degree in Strength and Conditioning Science and began my career working in professional rugby union. This gave me an opportunity to gain a real understanding of resistance training for athletic performance and rehabilitation. It also gave me insight into the benefits of providing bespoke nutritional guidance to support these processes.
I then started my personal training career and have now worked in the industry for over six years. Introducing resistance training and a supported nutritional plan, I have watched many clients lose fat, gain muscle, change their mindset towards health, fitness and nutrtion and improve their lifestyle overall.

We believe in flexible dieting, no food elimination, no crash dieting; just sustainable and practical nutrition. We want to remove the stigma surrounding food. The idea that you can only get abs by eating lettuce leaves and doing 4 hours of cardio a day. Our role as your coach is to support and guide you with your food. It is our job to help you get the results you want as well as educate you in the what, when and why of food. Empowering you with knowledge is the key to making long term change.

Resistance training is for everyone (it’s not just for bodybuilders) as it offers so many benefits that will result in a better quality of life. You will have a bespoke training programme designed for you taking in to consideration your goals, your injury history and your lifestyle. Our training programmes aren’t just designed for you to be ‘ripped’ and ‘muscular’ but also consider factors such as health and posture. We want you to look your best and feel your best.
